Bob Hultz

Founding Member & CEO

Bob is the founding member of RJH Growth Consultants, bringing over 35 years of business experience to the forefront. With a Chemical Engineering degree from Widener University, he embarked on a journey that included significant roles in sales management and senior leadership at prominent organizations such as GE, Danaher, and Element Solutions. Bob’s leadership extends globally, including notable expat assignments as GE Water’s Country Manager for China (1998 – 2003) and as the VP for the Middle East and Africa from 2012 to 2016.

Throughout his career, Bob has effectively managed teams, successfully hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring over 1000 B2B technical sales and service personnel. With a decade in the Oil & Gas industry and three decades in Water Treatment, he specialized in selling Value Solutions across diverse industrial segments. The training courses developed by RJH Growth Consultants are a direct reflection of Bob’s hands-on and successful approach to Value Selling and Sales Management cultivated over his distinguished career.

Charles Gartland

Senior Consultant

Charles Gartland is an experienced management executive with over 40 years of expertise in training and developing high-performance sales and operations teams, primarily in the realms of water and energy management. Currently, Charles serves as an independent consultant in the water treatment industry. Additionally, he holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a local municipal water company, catering to over 2000 customers.

Before joining RJH Growth Consultants, Charles held various management and leadership roles for esteemed organizations such as Suez Water and Process Technologies, GE Water and Process Technologies, BetzDearborn Division Ashland, and Apollo Technologies. Actively contributing to the field, Charles is a member of AWWA both at the national and local chapter levels. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.

Kathleen C. Mullen

Senior Consultant

Kathleen C. Mullen brings her wealth of experience as a global sales and channel executive to RJH Growth Consultants. With over 33 years of progressive roles within General Electric’s Power, Industrial, GE Supply, GE Water, and Automations businesses, she has established herself as a seasoned professional. Kathleen’s most recent tenure at Emerson Automation Solutions involved creating and leading growth strategies while successfully executing programs with channel partners.

Kathleen’s extensive background includes leadership of sales teams, driving customer-facing programs, negotiating large complex contracts, setting sales growth strategies, and creating programs to support key channel partners. Her multifaceted expertise makes her a valuable resource for companies seeking assistance in sales growth strategies, sales training, and overall enhancement of channel partnership and vendor programs. Kathleen holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and a graduate degree in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Throughout her career, she has continually enhanced her skills through continuing education, including participation in GE’s esteemed sales and management development courses

Albert Alterjman

As a senior executive with over 20 years of diverse experience, I have worked in multifunctional roles within leading Fortune 500 companies such as Siemens and GE, covering the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and APAC markets. My expertise lies in effectively managing P&Ls, conducting successful change-management programs, and transforming businesses by reducing operating costs through continuous process improvements. I excel in analyzing, developing, and executing optimal Go-to-Market strategies, direct sales, distribution management, as well as sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting. My strengths include capitalizing on portfolio opportunities and devising growth and traction strategies.

I am an enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen ability to rapidly assess diverse situational challenges, develop action plans, and lead a team to exceed targets and expectations. As an entrepreneurial and visionary leader, I employ a strong and robust leadership style. With extensive experience as a people manager, I foster an open and collaborative communication style, cultivating loyalty and peak performance while aligning teams to achieve a common objective. I have accomplished leadership within the Life Sciences, Medical Devices/Diagnostics, MedTech, Scientific Solutions, and Power & Water Services sectors.
